Cecilia’s 20+ year career in renewable energy and clean technologies spans thru Latin America, Europe, and the United States with a $10+ billion track-record in M&A, structured finance, capital raising, and private equity transactions across the full capital spectrum, including an IPO.
Prior to Enercar, she was Managing Director of Equity Investments in Latin America at GE Capital EFS. Her consulting practice includes engagements with the International Finance Corporation, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the World Bank.
She holds an MA in international economics from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies, an MA in international studies from the University of Warwick, a BA in social sciences from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and a certificate in sustainable investing from Harvard Business School.

Cesar is at the forefront of the energy convergence revolution, from telecommunications to electric mobility. Over his 23-year international career, he has helped clients in the US, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East optimize their portfolios and transform their organizations. He is currently Arthur D Little’s Country Manager in Mexico, where he leads the business development, transformation and portfolio management efforts. Previously, he co-founded Bremass Energy Advisors, an oil and gas digital transformation firm. As CEO, he designed innovative collaboration methodologies for the industry. Prior to Bremass, he held organizational transformation roles at Schlumberger Business Consulting in Houston and Charles River Associates in Boston and Bahrain, where he led industrial cluster projects in the Middle East.
César holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
